Cacao Date Protein Balls

You have tasted them many occasion when I have brought some into class. You have taken the recipe and advise your protein balls do not turn out the same way as mine.

So here I have done a short video of how I make the Cacao Date Protein Balls.

One batch makes 12 balls. Once made put them straight into the fridge. They will last very nicely up to a week (if you can leave them for that long)!

A very easy, BAKE FREE, recipe. Just remember to add the water a little at a time. You want the texture nice and sticky. Then leave for 30 minutes for the chia seeds to expand before separating into 12 balls and rolling in desiccated coconut. Fabulous for all you chocolate lovers and you are getting in your protein and fibre as well. Enjoy!!!

Each ball is approximately 68 calories - 9g Carbs, 4g Protein, 2g Fibre, 2g Fats
