The excitement is definitely building — our final Candlelight Pilates event of 2025 is just one sleep away, and I truly can’t wait to welcome you for an evening of calm, warmth, and festive magic.

Behind the scenes, everything is already in full swing. Today has been all about preparing the homemade treats, and the kitchen smells wonderfully festive. The pastry is made and resting overnight, ready to become fresh mince pies and warm sausage rolls tomorrow — the perfect cosy bites to enjoy after our relaxing session together.

This final special event of the year is officially sold out, and I’m so grateful for the incredible response. Whether you’re joining us for the first time or returning for another candlelit experience, tomorrow promises to be a peaceful escape from the December rush.

The hall will be softly lit and set to help you unwind completely — a space to slow down, stretch, breathe deeply, and sink into the glow of candlelight. And after the session, we’ll share homemade festive treats with a hot tea, coffee, or hot chocolate — a gentle, nurturing end to the evening.
