Wow — what a great start to the New Year! Now that the New Year Flash Sale has officially ended, it’s been brilliant to see so many of you back in class already.
Saturday’s session was full of energy, and it was lovely welcoming familiar faces back into the studio — clearly everyone is raring to go with their shiny new class passes.
First Full Week of Classes
Next week marks our first full week of classes for the New Year, which means it’s the perfect time to settle back into a routine, build consistency again, and really focus on those new goals.
I hope you’ve all taken a moment to set yourselves a fresh target — whether that’s improving fitness, strength, confidence, or simply making time for you. Whatever your goal is, let’s commit to it and smash January together.
