Total Body Transformation

I've taken on board your feedback, one of them being that you want more insight in to how I train. Well here it is!

Be prepared for the transformation you'll be proud of. You'll shed body fat and inches like never before. But this comes with a warning ha ha. Be prepared to WORK HARD, real hard in order to get the results.

You'll be starting with a 4 day a week training programme, increasing to 5 days and then 6 days a week body splits. So you need to ensure you can commit the time and effort. This will be complimented with a healthy eating plan and some lovely recipes that I will share with you (even some sweet ones) that are all healthy!

I will be customising all your training programmes and guiding you on your nutrition with healthy eating plans, along with working out your calorie intake and macros. This is intense training but if you commit to it YOU WILL get the results and I will be with you every step of the way giving you all the information and support you need.
