This year, we’re doing things a little differently…

Our much-loved Christmas Candlelight Pilates evening is moving from its usual Wednesday night to a Friday! 🎉

And honestly, I think you’re going to love it.

Because Friday night means we can slow down, enjoy the evening, have a glass of Prosecco and not worry about getting up for work the next morning! 🥂😉

So, on Friday 11th December, join me at the beautiful Dame Janet Lower Hall in Ramsgate for a very special evening of candlelit Pilates, festive treats, bubbles and Christmas cheer.

✨ A Friday night to look forward to

Picture this…

You arrive after a busy week, step into a beautiful candlelit room, get cosy with your blankets and cushions, and spend an hour moving, stretching and unwinding with some lovely relaxing Pilates.

No rushing off afterwards.

No alarm looming the next morning.

Just a chance to enjoy some time for yourself and soak up a little Christmas magic. 🕯️🎄

And then comes the best bit…

After Pilates, we’ll have time to relax, chat and enjoy a glass of Prosecco or Bucks Fizz, along with some of my homemade festive treats — including mince pies and sausage rolls.

Because Pilates is lovely…

…but Pilates with bubbles and mince pies on a Friday night is even better! 🥂😉

🎄 Your little festive escape

December can be such a lovely time of year, but it can also get very busy.

Christmas shopping, work, social plans, endless lists and everything else that seems to fill the diary in the run-up to Christmas.

So this evening is your chance to press pause.

For a couple of hours, you can forget about the to-do list, put your phone away, move your body, relax in the candlelight, enjoy something yummy and have a good old festive catch-up.

There are just 20 spaces available, so it will be a small, cosy and relaxed evening — perfect for coming along with your Pilates friends, bringing someone along for a festive night out, or simply treating yourself.
