I’m back, refreshed and raring to go after my break — and that means it’s time for another refresh of my indoor group fitness classes!

We’re kicking things off this Saturday, 3rd October, 9–10am, with a fresh new take on my popular 20/20/20 class.

New Moves. New Tunes. A Fresh New 20/20/20
New Moves. New Tunes. A Fresh New 20/20/20

This isn’t just a little tweak. We’ve got new moves, new tunes, new choreography and a change from resistance bands to activation bands. So, if you’ve been coming along to 20/20/20 before, expect a few new challenges!

So, what’s in the new 20/20/20?

We’ll still follow the 20-minute format, but each section has been refreshed to give you a great all-round workout.

20 minutes of Standing Mobility & Flexibility

We’ll start with a flowing combination of Pilates and Flex work, helping to mobilise the body, improve flexibility and get you ready for the workout ahead.

20 minutes of Kettlebells & Activation Bands

Then it’s time to build some strength and conditioning with kettlebells and activation bands.

Expect plenty of new exercises and choreography to challenge both your body and your mind, while working on strength, stability and overall fitness.

20 minutes of Mat Work & Core

Finally, we’ll bring the intensity down with 20 minutes of lovely mat-based core work.

Because a strong core helps support a strong back, better posture and a stronger body — so it’s an important part of the workout and a great way to finish our session.

We’ll also incorporate some flowing Pilates/Flex Fusion work, leaving you feeling stronger, more mobile and nicely stretched out by the end.

And, as always, I like to include some of that all-important self-massage using the spikey balls. It’s a great way to help release areas of tightness, encourage mobility and prepare the body for movement.

Ready to give it a go?

So, that’s the first refreshed workout ready to roll out this Saturday, 3rd October, 9–10am.

If you’re looking for a workout that combines strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, core work and overall fitness, this could be just what you’re looking for.

And, of course, we’ll have some great new tunes to keep us moving along! 🎶

Never been to one of my classes before? No problem at all! Just drop me a message and I’ll book you in for a FREE taster class so you can come along, give it a go and see what you think.

I can’t wait to get started with this first refresh — and I can’t wait for you to try it!

Train together. Stronger bodies. Stronger minds.
