GP Exercise Referral Qualification

I wanted to share some great news, which I am extremely proud of and the reason why it has taken me away from my blog for a while. I have been busy studying since the New Year and recently qualified as a Level 3 Advanced GP Exercise Referral trainer. All the studying has paid off and a further qualification to add to my long list.

As a certified freelance personal trainer I feel it extremely important to continue growing one's skill set and knowledge. The more I learn the more I can further help all my clients and I take great pride in doing this.

I love my job. Thank you, as always for your support and allowing me to share my passion with you.
