The Refreshes Are Rolling Again

It's been a few weeks since I launched the first of my refreshed indoor fitness programmes, and after a slight pause in proceedings, I'm excited to say the next class makeover is finally here.

Tonight, it's the turn of Pilates Sculpt Fusion to receive a completely new workout, and I can't wait for you all to try it.

Those of you who regularly attend this class will be pleased to hear that the dumbbells are making a welcome return. Before anyone starts imagining heavy lifting sessions, remember we're still very much in Pilates territory, so we'll be working with a maximum of 2kg. It's all about controlled movement, improving strength, balance, posture and core stability rather than lifting heavier weights.

As always, every exercise can be performed without equipment, meaning you can complete the entire workout using body weight only if that's what feels best for you. My aim has always been to create classes that are welcoming, adaptable and suitable for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level or experience.

The new programme introduces fresh movement patterns, new combinations and plenty of variety as we flow between standing and mat-based work. It's designed to keep both the mind and body engaged while delivering all the benefits you've come to expect from Pilates Sculpt Fusion.

Of course, a new workout deserves a new soundtrack too!

I've refreshed the playlist with plenty of upbeat tracks to keep the energy flowing throughout the session. Whether you're standing, stretching, strengthening or working through the mat section, there'll be some great tunes to keep you motivated from start to finish.

One of the things I love most about our classes is the incredible mix of people who attend. Every week I see participants ranging from their 20s right through to their 80s exercising together, supporting one another and proving that movement truly is for everybody.

As always, all equipment is provided, and chairs will be available for anyone who would like extra support with balance, mobility or movement confidence.

So if you're joining me tonight at 6.30pm at Newlands Primary School in Ramsgate, get ready for something new.

Fresh exercises, fresh music and a fresh challenge—all delivered in a way that allows you to work at your own level.

And the refreshes don't stop there.

This Saturday sees the rollout of a refreshed version of my increasingly popular 20/20/20 class.

If you haven't tried it yet, here's what makes it so special:

• 20 minutes of standing mobility and flexibility work

• 20 minutes of kettlebell training

• 20 minutes of Pilates Fusion mat work

It's a fantastic combination that helps improve strength, mobility, flexibility, balance and overall fitness, all within a single session.

So after a short delay, the refresh programme is well and truly back on track.

New workouts. New playlists. New challenges.

What a week we've got ahead of us!

I look forward to seeing you all in class and hearing what you think of the latest additions.

Train together. Stronger bodies. Stronger minds.
