Can you believe it’s time for our final Move & Mingle of 2026? Where has this year gone?! 😂

Join me this Saturday 7th November for a lovely morning of movement, laughter and a little bit of social time.

Move & Mingle - Our Final One of 2026

We'll kick things off with our 20/20/20 class from 9.00am–10.00am, followed by 30 minutes of Move & Mingle time from 10.00am–10.30am.

It's the perfect opportunity to bring along a friend, family member or colleague who might like to give the class a try. And remember, your first class is always FREE if you're new!

It's also a chance for us to slow things down afterwards, catch up properly and have a good chat. I know many of you are always trying to grab me for a quick chat before class, just as I'm busy getting everything set up! So this is your chance to have my undivided attention for a little while. ❤️

And if you have a friend who's not quite ready to try the class but would love to pop along for a chat during the Mingle, they're more than welcome to join us from 10am too.

Of course, no Move & Mingle would be complete without something delicious to try! This time, we'll be sampling my Raspberry & White Chocolate Cheesecake Balls – absolutely gorgeous, if I don't mind saying so myself! 😂

So, come along, bring a friend, enjoy a little movement, have a catch-up and finish the morning with something yummy.

Here's the plan:

  • Date: Saturday 7th November

  • 20/20/20 Class: 9.00am–10.00am

  • Move & Mingle: 10.00am–10.30am

  • Newcomers: First class FREE!

Pop the date in your diary and click on the image to reserve your space. First time? Message me to book your first FREE session.

I can't wait to see you all for our final Move & Mingle of the year! ❤️
