The Early Bird ticket is just £12, but this offer ends this weekend. After that, tickets will be £15.

Pilates & Prosecco by Candlelight
This year, our much-loved Christmas Candlelight Pilates evening is doing things a little differently…
Instead of our usual Wednesday evening, we’re moving to a Friday night — and I think it’s going to make the whole experience even better.
On Friday 11th December, we’ll be gathering at the beautiful Dame Janet Lower Hall in Ramsgate for an evening of relaxing Pilates, candlelight, festive treats and a little Christmas cheer.
And because it’s Friday, there’s no need to rush home and worry about an early start the next morning. 😉
✨ An evening to switch off
Imagine finishing a busy week and walking into a warm, candlelit room.
You get comfortable with your blankets and cushions, settle in and spend an hour moving, stretching and relaxing with some gentle Pilates. And you can even make it extra festive!
Come in your Christmas pyjamas, wear something sparkly or simply come as you are — whatever makes you feel good. 🎄✨
Then, once we’ve finished, there’ll be time to sit back, chat and enjoy a glass of Prosecco or Bucks Fizz, along with some homemade festive goodies — including mince pies, sausage rolls and even some special mini banana loaves.
It’s a lovely way to step away from the December rush and have a little time to yourself.
Leave the Christmas to-do list at home, move your body, relax in the candlelight and have a good old festive catch-up.
There are only 20 spaces available, so it will be a small, cosy gathering.
Come with your usual Pilates friends, bring someone along for a Friday night out, or simply book yourself a little bit of “me time”.
