How to Make Protein Balls


Many of you have fed back stating you love the protein balls recipe, but the end result is not quite the same as mine. So, herewith, the video, as well as the recipe again for your reference:

* 1 scoop of protein powder (30g) * 50g ground almonds * 6 medjool dates (pitted) * 2 tbsp cacao powder

* 1 tbsp linseeds

* 2 tbsp chia seeds

* 50ml coconut water (may not need all of this)

* 1oz dessicated coconut (for covering)

This recipe will make 12 balls. Pop them in the fridge to keep fresh and try not to eat them all at once!

Nutritional Info (approx): 68 calories per ball 9g carbs, 4g protein, 2g fibre, 2g fats
