Celebrating Your Progress: Exciting Pilates Class News!

Fitness Pilates has truly gone from strength to strength — literally! So many of you have shared the amazing benefits you’re experiencing, and it’s been wonderful to see your progress.
Because of its success, I’ve now incorporated different elements of Fitness Pilates into all my classes:
Tuesday – Lift Lean 2-Minute Intervals (Kettlebells & Sliders): Starting with Fitness Pilates mobility drills using the kettlebell, and incorporated within the mat work triple ab 90-second round finishers at the end.
Thursday – Lift Lean 30-Minute Choreographed Dumbbell Session: Followed by 30 minutes of Pilates fusion mat work (including spiky ball work).
Saturday – 20/20/20 Session: Featuring Pilates fusion at both the start and end, again incorporating spiky balls.
It’s fantastic that you’re all feeling the benefits, and I’m so pleased you’re enjoying the variety and style of the sessions.
Exciting News for Wednesday Fitness Pilates Evenings:
Starting Wednesday, 30th April, the Wednesday Fitness Pilates class will be extended to a full 1 hour (6.30-7.30pm).
We'll continue using the mini ball and balance pods for those who want an extra challenge, with progressional moves offered each week.
Simpler, Better Pricing:
To make things easier (and even better value), I'm updating the payment options:
PAYG for Wednesday Fitness Pilates is now £7 per class.
New! Pilates 5-Class Pass (Wednesdays only): £30.
All other class passes remain the same.
You can now purchase the Pilates 5-Class Pass anytime — no more worrying about 4- or 5-week months, or what day of the month you buy it.
And remember, whenever I’m on holiday, your active passes will automatically be extended — so you’ll never lose out.
