Exciting News: New Fitness Pilates Class Starts Tonight

Do you know some of the health benefits Fitness Pilates can offer you?

I'm thrilled to announce the launch of an additional Fitness Pilates class every Tuesday evening, starting this evening (9th July) from 7:15 to 8:00pm. No experience needed and open to all fitness levels. This new class will offer even more variety for those who want to attend multiple sessions each week as well.

 

Did you know Fitness Pilates can also incorporate resistance bands, light weights, and Pilates balls? We've only scratched the surface, and I can't wait to explore more with you all.

 

Now, you have the option to attend two back-to-back classes on Tuesday evenings: strength training with weights, followed by a low-impact feel good class. It's a fantastic combination, and I look forward to seeing you tonight. Simply click on the image to book your place.
