Fitness Pilates Anyone
So excited to share with you all that I am now a qualified Fitness Pilates Instructor, whoop whoop.

Fitness Pilates is a group exercise class that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain. By applying the fundamental Pilates technique and exercises, Fitness Pilates aims to off-set musculoskeletal imbalances, improve posture, movement quality, mobility, flexibility, mental cognition, core strength, form and function in a non-intimidating, highly accessible and enjoyable way.
I am now busily compiling some class programmes for you all that I will firstly roll out in class at Newlands Primary School, before then taking it online too.
Once the website is fully updated to allow me to go online with my classes I will update you all further.
So exciting to be rolling this group fitness class to you all very soon. Take care for now xxx
