I'm excited to announce that I'm about to add four more workouts, expanding the library to a total of 60 options. Today's four workouts include:

  1. Dumbbell full-body workout with the Swiss ball

  2. Flex mobility for hips/hip flexors and glutes (utilising foam rollers and spikey balls)

Each week, I upload four new workouts to assist you in maintaining your individual fitness goals. These workouts cover a range of intensities, from high to low impact, and incorporate various equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, Swiss balls, foam rollers, spikey balls, and even hedgehog pods. They are categorised into three main sections: Kettlebells, Resistance & HiiT, and FLEX & Fitness Pilates.
