Celebrating 10 Years in the Fitness Industry – and You're Invited.
Next week (w/c 7th July) marks a huge milestone — it’s been 10 amazing years since I started my freelance journey as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor in the health and fitness industry.
I’m incredibly grateful for your support over the years — whether you’ve been with me since day one or just recently joined the community — and now, I want to celebrate this special occasion with YOU!
To say thank you, I’m throwing open the doors to a whole week of FREE group fitness classes — every single one of my indoor classes next week is completely free to attend. Yes, FREE — no catch, no commitment, just a week full of movement, motivation, and community.
🗓 Free Class Timetable:
Tuesday 8th July💪 Lift Lean Mashup — A fun, full-body strength & conditioning intervals session using kettlebells, looped resistance bands, and balance pods.
Wednesday 9th July🧘♀️ Fitness Pilates — A feel-good, flowing session using light dumbbells (max 2kg) to build tone, posture, and strength.
Thursday 10th July🔗 Lift Lean & Pilates Fusion — A unique combo:• 30 mins choreographed dumbbell work, followed by 30 mins Pilates and flexibility matwork.
Saturday 12th July🔥 20/20/20 — A triple treat:• 20 mins flexibility• 20 mins kettlebells• 20 mins Pilates matwork
