Who's up for a new Kettlebell Workout?
I have compiled yet another new 50-minute, full body workout and, yes, it is for all fitness levels and abilities.
My kettlebell classes are adaptable on each and every exercise we do. Whether you wish to go heavier to strengthen up and tone. Or keep to lighter weights, or even work with your own bodyweight, and concentrate more on mobility, flexibility, core and balance. I guide you accordingly, detailing all exercise modifications, as well as reinforcing technique and form.
So, get ready for this evening at 6.30pm, Newlands Primary School, Ramsgate - a continual flow of back to back, non-stop exercises. And I have included some NEW exercises too! But as you all know, you simply take a break as and whenever you feel you need it.
