May is nearly here — longer days, lighter evenings, and a bit more energy in the air. And that means it’s time for another Move & Mingle.
This is now our third one, and thanks to your feedback, these are here to stay.

9:00–10:00am – 20/20/20 Class
A full-body session designed to leave you feeling energised, mobile, and strong:
20 minutes mobility & flexibility
20 minutes strength (weights & bands)
20 minutes Flex/Pilates fusion
Supportive, effective, and suitable for all levels.
⭐ Bring a Friend — Free Taster Class
This session is the perfect opportunity to bring someone along for a free taster.
Whether it’s:
A partner
A friend who’s been thinking about starting
Someone who needs a confidence boost
It’s a relaxed, welcoming way to introduce them — no pressure, just movement.
Just message me to book their space.
☕ FREE Mingle (10:00–11:00am)
After class, I’ll be staying for a full hour — and this part is completely free and open to everyone, even if you’re not joining the class.
So you’re very welcome to come along just for the mingle.
This is your time to:
Chat and connect
Ask questions
Share experiences
Or simply enjoy a relaxed, friendly space
🍪 Something Different Each Time
I’ll also be bringing along a new healthy protein-based treat for you to try.
I love experimenting with protein powder, so each session will feature something different — giving you fresh ideas you can easily recreate at home to support your own healthy eating.
(Yes… the coffee protein balls may be making an appearance… or maybe something new 👀)

A Quick Update on Bookings
Now that people are returning from holidays, classes are filling up quickly this week — so please book early to secure your space. If a class is full, make sure you join the waiting list — spaces do come up.
And a quick reminder of a new update:
If you have a 5 or 10 class pass, as long as you give at least 24 hours’ notice, I can now reinstate that session for you. So please do let me know in good time if you can’t make it — it helps someone else take your place too.
