Join Rebecca and me on Sunday, 20th October, from 10am to 1pm at Newlands Primary School, Ramsgate, for a Morning Wellness Fair, featuring fitness masterclasses and a well-being market.
This is a fantastic opportunity to set up a stall, engage with the local community, and promote wellness products and services.
Whether you're a herbalist, counsellor, baker, sell supplements, gym wear, or other wellness-related items, we would love for you to join us!
This event is the perfect chance to showcase how we can keep our community fit and healthy, beyond the fitness studio.
With October being Menopause Awareness Month, it’s an ideal time to come together and share resources that benefit the entire community.
