What’s in the class?

1️⃣ Lift Lean Dumbbells (30 minutes)

  • 6 x 5-minute rounds - targets different body parts

  • Strengthens muscles & supports healthy joints

  • Choreographed moves to energising new tunes

2️⃣ Pilates Fusion Mat Work (30 minutes)

  • A blend of Fitness Pilates & Flex

  • Improves mobility, flexibility, and core strength

  • Gentle yet powerful movements to leave you feeling recharged

3️⃣ Recovery & Self-Massage

  • Relax with spikey ball techniques

  • Release tension & boost circulation

  • Simple, effective, and a favourite part of the class
