British Summer Time is here — longer days, lighter mornings, and the perfect opportunity to reset. After such lovely feedback from the last one, I’ve been asked to make this a more regular thing… so here we are again.

This Saturday, I’m inviting you to start your day feeling energised, strong, and connected.

This Saturday, I’m inviting you to start your day feeling energised, strong, and connected.
Morning Move & Mingle

On Saturday, 28th March at 9am, my usual Saturday morning class will run as normal — with one lovely addition: time to stay, chat, and connect afterwards. Bring Someone Along — Free. If you’re a regular, you’re warmly invited to bring a friend or loved one along to try the class completely free. This could be:

  • a partner

  • a friend who’s been thinking about joining

  • someone who needs a confidence boost to get started

  • or simply someone you enjoy moving with

Movement feels better when it’s shared — and this is a relaxed, welcoming way to experience it together. Just message me and I’ll book them in for a free taster session.

The Class (Just as You Know It)

We’ll be sticking to the usual 20/20/20 format:

  • 20 minutes of standing mobility and flexibility

  • 20 minutes using weights and bands

  • 20 minutes of mat-based Flex / Pilates fusion

No changes. No pressure. Just supportive, effective movement suitable for all levels.

Stay, Mingle & Chat Afterwards (From 10am)

After class, there’s no need to rush off. The mingle is completely free and open to anyone — even if you’re not attending the class. I’ll be there from 10am, bringing along a selection of protein-based treats for everyone to try — simple, nourishing options that support a healthy lifestyle while still feeling like a treat. Click here to book the 10am FREE mingle. This is something I rarely get time to do properly, so it’s a great chance for relaxed, informal conversations around:

  • Health and well-being

  • Strength, mobility, and confidence

  • Menopause support

  • Personal training

No pressure — just a friendly space to connect.

Who Is This For?

  • Regular class members who want to share the experience

  • New faces who feel a little nervous about starting

  • Anyone looking for support with movement or wellbeing

  • Those who enjoy a friendly, inclusive environment

You don’t need to be “fit enough” — you just need to show up.
