If you’ve joined my Pilates Sculpt Fusion Class before, you’ll know it’s all about strength, mobility, and flow. Well… it just got an exciting refresh!
We’ve introduced a brand-new workout format with fresh moves, uplifting music, and a balance of sculpting, release, and restorative flow.
Here’s what you can expect each week:
30 minutes of choreographed flow using light dumbbells (max 2kg, totally optional)
Spikey ball self-massage techniques (standing + mat-based) to release tight muscles and improve mobility
Gentle mat work to finish, supporting core strength, posture, and spine health
Why the Refresh?
Your body loves variety. When we do the same exercises week after week, our muscles adapt and the benefits can plateau. By regularly refreshing the workout, we keep things fun, challenging, and effective. This not only supports strength and toning, but also aids recovery, improves mobility, and offers stress relief — keeping both body and mind motivated.
The new format introduces fresh movement patterns, along with spikey ball self-massage, for a complete mind–body experience. You’ll enjoy:

All movements are joint-friendly, suitable for all levels, and adaptable with or without weights.
