Join me this evening at 6:45pm at Newlands Primary School in Ramsgate for a new Fitness Pilates workout using mini-balls and balance pods.
This low-impact, joint-friendly workout features easy-to-follow movements from standing, seated, and lying positions—for a full-body bodyweight session.
We’ll use mini-balls to boost core engagement, balance, and stability, and balance pods to improve agility and aid in trigger point therapy—helping release muscle tension, relieve pain, and improve overall mobility.
The goal? To enhance your balance, coordination, and body function, while reducing your risk of injury.
