The forecast is looking absolutely perfect for our Summer Pilates Fundraiser this Friday, 19th June at Vale Square Gardens, with a lovely sunny evening and temperatures around 24°C.

Sunshine, Pilates & £250+ of Prizes This Friday

Not only will you enjoy a relaxing outdoor Pilates session in the beautiful surroundings of Vale Square Gardens, but 100% of all proceeds from the event will go directly to the Save The Square campaign, helping to secure the future of this much-loved community space.

I'll be bringing my stereo system and head microphone, so everyone will be able to hear clearly and enjoy the session wherever they're positioned in the gardens.

After class, stay for refreshments, homemade protein balls and, of course...
