What are You Doing for Your Mental Well-being?

It's not just about your Physical well-being, but your Mental well-being as well. Whether it be 5 minutes or 5 days, it is important to take time out for yourself to relax, unwind and switch off from your every day commitments when you can. Be it a soak in the bath or putting your feet up with a good reading book.

For myself, I'm looking forward to having a weekend away with my mates for a great girlie catch-up with plenty of fun and laughter.

That being said, don't forget - no classes from Fri, 17th Sept to Fri, 24th Sept inclusive. Personal Training client dates have already been booked in accordingly to reflect my absence.
