Get Ready to Roll (and Band Together)

Swiss Balls and Resistance Bands Join the Workout

I’m excited to share a further update to our Tuesday Lift Lean Mash-Up class — we’ll now be alternating each week between two dynamic equipment pairings to keep things fresh, fun, and effective.

Introducing The Looped Resistance Bands

Starting next Tuesday, 28th October, our sessions will rotate between:

🏋️ Kettlebells + Swiss Balls 🏋️ Kettlebells + Resistance Bands (both short and long looped latex bands)

That means every Tuesday brings something new — one week we’ll be rolling, the next we’ll be banding together for an amazing full-body workout. We’ll kick things off next Tuesday with Kettlebells and Bands.




What’s New

Based on your feedback, I’ve purchased more short bands, and for the first time, we’ll be using long looped resistance bands — another exciting addition to our equipment line up. These bands are latex, bringing even more variety and challenge to your strength, mobility, and toning work.

Why the Rotation?

Mixing up the equipment each week helps to:

  • Engage different muscle groups and movement patterns

  • Keep your workouts exciting and progressive

  • Improve balance, strength, and co-ordination in new ways

  • Ensure no two classes ever feel the same

Getting Set Up

For our Swiss Ball weeks, I’ll have my trusty electric pumps ready before class (thank you so much for helping make set-up seamless). Don’t forget to deflate your ball before heading home — otherwise, my car will be bouncing all the way back! 🎈

What to Expect

Whether it’s kettlebell swings paired with ball squats or resistance-band rows and presses, every session will challenge your body in fresh, functional ways. Expect strength, mobility, stability, and a few laughs along the way.
