Get ready for a refresh with another new workout this Thursday, 1st May @ 6.30pm– and it’s a whopper!

Introducing Lift Lean Dumbbells & Pilates Fusion – a full 60-minute session split into two dynamic halves:

  • 30 minutes of choreographed dumbbell training – broken into 6 x 5-minute rounds targeting different body parts.

  • 30 minutes of matwork – a blend of Fitness Pilates and Flex using balance pods to challenge your stability, strength, and stimulate connective tissue.

Of course, there’ll be fresh tunes to power you through!


As always, I like to keep things fresh by regularly switching up the exercises and movement patterns to help you keep progressing, building strength, and protecting your joints.


Whether you're a regular or joining me for the first time, rest assured my sessions are suitable for all fitness levels. Every move can be modified and adapted to suit your needs.
