Following the amazing feedback from our Tuesday Lift Lean Mash-Up, I’m excited to bring the looped bands to Saturday’s class too!
Join me this Saturday, 8th November at 9:00am, for a perfectly balanced 20/20/20 session combining:
🧘♀️ 20 mins Flexibility & Mobility – wake up your body, release tension, and prep your muscles for movement
🏋️ 20 mins Kettlebells + Looped Bands – build strength and tone using both kettlebells and a mix of short and long looped resistance bands
🧍♀️ 20 mins Pilates Mat work with Spikey Balls – finish with focused core work and targeted muscle release
This full-body session will leave you feeling stronger, looser, and ready to roll into the weekend.
Why Add Bands to Saturdays?
You loved the looped bands in our Tuesday sessions — they brought new challenge, control, and variety to every movement. So now, we’re bringing that same energy into Saturdays, blending it seamlessly with flexibility and Pilates for a complete, balanced workout that strengthens, lengthens, and restores.
