After the warmth and success of our Movement & Glow session, I’m thrilled to invite you to the second event in the Wellness Series — Strength & Nourish, taking place on Saturday, 5th July from 1–3pm at Newlands Primary School, Ramsgate.

This time, we’re diving into two essential pillars of wellbeing: strength training and nutrition — and I’m so excited to introduce our special guest speaker, Wendy Hills, a passionate and experienced Nutritional Therapist.

The Strength & Nourish Experience

We’ll begin with a 40-minute Pilates class using light weights (maximum 2kg) — a gentle yet effective way to build strength, support joint health, and awaken the core. It’s low-impact, mindful movement designed for all levels, with a focus on longevity and balance. Then, we’ll welcome Wendy Hills.



Meet Wendy: Nutrition Wisdom for Every Stage of Life

Wendy brings a wealth of knowledge, warmth, and real-life experience to her work as a Nutritional Therapist. She understands how our bodies — and our nutritional needs — evolve as we age, particularly through hormonal transitions like perimenopause and menopause. Her talk will focus on:

  • Why nutrition needs shift with age

  • How to support your body through hormonal changes

  • Simple, sustainable ways to nourish yourself daily

Whether you’re approaching midlife, navigating menopause, or simply wanting to eat in a way that energises and supports your body, Wendy’s guidance will be practical, compassionate, and rooted in real science.
