Wellness & You - Charitable Event

Don’t forget—this Saturday, 10th May from 12:00 to 3:00pm is the Wellness & You charitable event!

I’ll be teaming up with fellow wellness practitioners at Invicta Lodge, Churchill Living, Westwood, for an afternoon focused on relaxation, health, and well-being.


We’ll be presenting and demonstrating a variety of techniques to help relieve stress, relax, and have fun—including dance, healing and exercise, nutrition for health, and the benefits of chemical-free skincare.


I’ll be giving a talk on Strength & Conditioning, exploring its importance and benefits—whether using weights or bodyweight—and sharing simple self-massage techniques to enhance your routine.


You’ll also have the chance to treat yourself to a facial, massage, or reflexology session.


Feel good and do good—this event supports Oasis Domestic Abuse Service.

Free entry and refreshments - donations and raffle ticket purchases are greatly appreciated!
