Get Ready To Roll - Swiss Balls Join The Workout

I’m excited to share another new twist for our Lift Lean Mash-Up class. Starting this Tuesday, 9th September at 6:30pm, we’ll be introducing the Swiss Ball – and it’s going to be something special. This session will bring together the power of kettlebells with the dynamic versatility of the Swiss Ball for a workout that challenges strength, balance, and stability all in one go.
Why the Swiss Ball?
The Swiss Ball isn’t just a gym accessory gathering dust in the corner – it’s a powerhouse for full-body fitness. By adding it into our routine, you’ll:
Engage your core in every single move (get ready to feel those abs!)
Boost balance and co-ordination, which makes kettlebell training even more effective
Improve posture and spinal alignment through supportive, controlled movements
Add an extra layer of fun and variety (yes, wobbling absolutely counts as work)
Getting Set Up
To keep things easy, I’ll have my trusty electric pump ready before class. Still, a little teamwork never hurts – if you fancy helping out, it’ll get us rolling faster.
And after class, I’ll need a hand the other way around: please deflate your Swiss Ball before heading home. That way I can actually fit them back in the car instead of driving off looking like I’ve opened a mobile bouncy castle service!
What to Expect
This mash-up is designed to keep you moving in fresh ways. Think kettlebell swings paired with ball squats, core-crunching moves that test your balance, and strength exercises that feel brand-new once the ball comes into play. It’s not just a workout – it’s a chance to challenge your body, shake up your routine, and maybe share a few laughs as we all find our Swiss Ball legs together.
