One Week of Complimentary Classes

Excitement is building as we're just one week away from introducing three exhilarating new weekly indoor group exercise classes at our brand-new venue, Roosty's, located in Nelson College, Broadstairs (access via Millennium Way).

To mark the occasion, during the first week starting on 22nd April, all three classes will be FREE. Join us and experience one of the following:

  • Monday @ 7.15pm - Fitness Pilates

  • Tuesday @ 10.00am – Pilates Sculpt Fusion

  • Thursday @ 10.00am – Kettlebell Fusion

  • Fitness Pilates: Immerse yourself in the original exercises of Joseph Pilates, reimagined in a modern and functional group exercise format. This session harmonises the body as a kinetic chain, addressing basic postural imbalances, improving back and core strength, and enhancing mobility and flexibility—all set to music. It's an all-inclusive programme suitable for all fitness levels, designed to strengthen weaker areas of the body in a fun and non-intimidating environment.

  • Pilates Sculpt Fusion: Seamlessly blending elements of FLEX mobility and flexibility with the strength-building techniques of Fitness Pilates, this class incorporates the use of very light dumbbells. It aims to fortify bones, muscles, and joints while promoting strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Infused with lively, upbeat music, it offers a comprehensive, full-body, low-impact workout that's gentle on the joints and suitable for all skill levels.

  • Kettlebell Fusion: Experience a dynamic, full-body workout designed to enhance strength, bolster core stability, ignite fat burning, improve cardiovascular fitness and sculpt muscles. Unlike traditional kettlebell routines, our classes utilise lighter weights in a continuous sequence, engaging every muscle group for maximum effectiveness. With weights starting from 2kg, exercises can be tailored to accommodate all fitness levels, with modifications and progressions offered as needed. Whether you're aiming to sculpt and tone muscles, trim body fat, or strengthen muscles and joints, Kettlebell Fusion delivers results while promoting overall fitness and vitality.
