As I celebrate 10 years in the Health and Fitness industry, I’ve been reflecting on the journey — the early morning classes, the inspiring clients, the transformations, and the constant evolution of what “wellness” truly means.
To mark this milestone, I wanted to create something more than just a class. Something that brings people together, encourages self-care from the inside out, and introduces you to other local wellness professionals.
That’s why I’ve launched the Wellness Series — a set of four themed events designed to support your whole well-being: physically, mentally, and emotionally.
What is the Wellness Series?
This is a carefully curated collection of four unique events, each one focused on a different aspect of holistic wellness — from movement and skincare, to mindset, nutrition, and more.
Every event will feature:
A movement session (led by me)
A guest speaker or expert
A chance to connect, reflect, and unwind
These aren’t just fitness classes. They’re a chance to slow down, learn, move, and feel genuinely looked after.
Event 1: Movement & Glow
Our first Wellness Series event kicks off on:
Saturday, 14th June, 1–3pm at Newlands Primary School, Ramsgate
This session is all about supporting your skin health through mindful movement and expert-led skincare.
You'll enjoy:
A 40-minute Pilates class using the mini ball — focusing on posture, circulation, and inner calm
A guest talk from Bex, a Tropic Skincare Ambassador, sharing advice on skincare during menopause and introducing the Tropic range
A guided facial experience using the Tropic products, so you can feel the glow yourself
A Q&A session where you can ask us both anything — from fitness tips to skincare hacks
Plus, tea, coffee, and time to chat in a relaxed small-group setting
Why Skin and Movement?
Skin health is more than just the products we use — it’s deeply connected to how we breathe, move, sleep, and feel.
This event will explore how Pilates and breathwork can support your skin by:
Boosting circulation (which nourishes skin cells)
Encouraging lymphatic flow (which helps detoxify)
Reducing stress (which is a major trigger for skin issues)
Promoting a healthy hormonal balance, especially around menopause
By combining movement and expert skincare advice, you'll leave with practical tools and a radiant glow — both inside and out.
How to Book
Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the setting personal and calm. If this sounds like something your body and mind could benefit from, we’d love to welcome you!
