  • Thursday – Lift Lean & Pilates Fusion 🔗30 mins dumbbell work + 30 mins Pilates mat. 3 spaces left

  • Saturday – 20/20/20 Triple Treat 🔥20 mins each: flexibility, kettlebells, and Pilates. 7 spaces left
