Valentine's Morning Movement & Mingle

Valentine’s Day is often about cards, chocolates, and meals out — but this year, I’m inviting you to start the day in a way that truly supports your health, mind and body.

On Saturday 14th February at 9am, my usual Saturday morning class will run exactly as normal, with one special difference: there’s no rush to leave afterwards.

Bring Someone You Love — Free

You’re invited to bring someone you care about along with you for free.

That could be:

  • a partner

  • a friend who’s been thinking about joining

  • someone who needs a little confidence boost to get started

  • or simply someone you enjoy moving with

Movement is often easier — and more enjoyable — when it’s shared. This is a relaxed, welcoming way to experience the class together.

The Class (Just as You Know It)

The session will follow my usual 20/20/20 format:

  • 20 minutes of standing mobility and flexibility

  • 20 minutes using weights and bands

  • 20 minutes of mat-based Flex / Pilates fusion

No changes. No pressure. Just supportive, effective movement suitable for all levels.

Stay, Mingle & Chat Afterwards

After class, from 10–11am, I’ll be sticking around.

I’ll be setting up a small protein treat table with homemade protein balls and protein muffins — light, nourishing snacks to enjoy while we chat.

I’m usually rushing off to my next appointment and never seem to have enough time to properly connect, so this is a chance for free, informal conversations around:

  • Health and well-being

  • Strength, mobility, and confidence

  • Menopause support

  • Personal training

It’s simply a relaxed, informed space to ask questions, get guidance, and connect — without rushing off.

Healthy Can Still Feel Like a Treat

Who Is This For?

  • Regular class members who’d like to share their class with someone they love

  • New faces who are curious but a little nervous to start

  • Anyone looking for support with movement, menopause, or well-being

  • People who value a friendly, inclusive fitness environment

You don’t need to be “fit enough” — you just need to turn up.
