Get Ready for a Fresh New Lift Lean Session This Week!
Join us Tuesday evening for an all-new Lift Lean strength and conditioning workout – a dynamic 55-minute session designed to challenge and energise you from head to toe.
This week’s workout features an exciting mash-up of kettlebells, looped resistance bands, and balance pods, all incorporated into 2-minute full-body intervals. We’ll finish strong with 90-second rounds of focused abs mat work to tone and tighten your core.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this class is suitable for all levels. Every exercise is fully adaptable to your individual ability. You'll build strength in muscles, joints, and bones while getting a serious endorphin boost and an incredible full-body tone.
