Celebrate Pancake Day the nourishing way! These Blueberry Protein Pancakes are light, fluffy, and packed with goodness — perfect if you want something sweet without undoing your hard work. Simple ingredients, no flour, and ready in minutes. A delicious, high-protein twist on a classic favourite.

No Flour Needed – Here’s What You’ll Need:
6 egg whites
½ cup oats
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup blueberries
Method
Add the egg whites, oats, almond milk and cinnamon to a blender and blend until smooth.
Lightly spray a frying pan with cooking spray and heat until hot. Pour in half of the batter and sprinkle over half the blueberries. Cook for 1–2 minutes until bubbles start to form, then flip and cook for a further 1–2 minutes until golden.
Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Makes 2 large pancakes or 4 smaller ones.
