I’ve been teaching indoor Group Fitness Classes for over 10 years, and one thing I love to do is keep them evolving. Regular refreshes keep the workouts effective, engaging, and exciting — for you and for me.
Last week, we launched the first of these refreshed workouts, Pilates Sculpt Fusion, and the response has been amazing. The energy, the feedback, the feel-good vibes — all proof that a little update goes a long way.
And now, it’s time for the next refresh.
Introducing the updated Lift Lean Mash-Up
Running every Tuesday at 6.30pm at Newlands Primary School, Ramsgate, Lift Lean Mash-Up is a dynamic strength and conditioning class designed for every body and every age.
This refreshed full-body workout is built around timed interval rounds to keep things challenging, balanced, and fun:
2-minute standing intervals
90-second mat-based rounds
We’ll be alternating between kettlebells and balls — yes, they’re back by popular demand — but with a fresh twist. Each week I’ll rotate between Swiss Balls and Pilates Balls, pairing them with kettlebells to challenge balance, strength, core, and control in new ways.
Expect updated movement patterns, energising playlists, and that familiar feel-good burn that leaves you feeling strong, lifted, and lean.
New to class?
Your first session is free — just message me to book your taster. All newcomers are welcome, equipment is provided — just bring a water bottle and some positive energy.
Fresh moves. New tunes. Same great class.
Let’s do this 💪✨
